As a qualified Occupational Therapist, I don’t just organise spaces, I consider how your environment affects your daily activities, wellbeing, and independence. My approach focuses on creating systems that work with your habits, routines, and needs. The priority is function!
No! The final decision about what to keep will always be yours. I will be there to offer emotional and practical support to work out what you do want to get rid of.
Every person, home and situation is different. Some clients need help with a single room, while others may need several sessions to address multiple areas. A couple of hours is the minimum length of time needed to make good progress, but a full 8 hour day can be very tiring! We will work out together what is going to work best for you and your needs.
Your home environment plays a huge role in how easily you can complete daily tasks. By combining organising strategies with Occupational Therapy principles, I create spaces that support your routines, independence, and wellbeing.
